Recommended dosage & Storage tips

• Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

• Store in a dry place at room temperature (max. 25°C).
• Use within 3 months after opening.
