Suggested Use and Notes

Take one capsule daily with sufficient liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important. Store in a dry place at room temperature and keep out of reach of children. Once opened, use within three months. Avoid taking additional zinc containing supplements at the same time.
